Laura Palombi joined RRS in March of 2021 as an associate senior consultant. Laura brings expertise in organizational development, operations management, strategic planning, project management, and data analysis. She has a drive to support projects that contribute to reversing climate change and creating a robust circular economy. Previous to RRS, Laura held several positions in strategy, planning, and project management.

Recent Team Projects

  • Partnership & Innovation Recycling Initiative; Project Team: Coordinates the communications and partner management teams for the project including task planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. RRS developed the NextCycle Michigan Innovation Challenge to target the necessary improvements to recycling infrastructure and end markets required to create a more robust circular economy. Through recruitment of public and private sector teams, the program accelerates their projects in organics, collaborations, small-scale improvements, recycling technology, supply chain infrastructure, and roads.
