Biography
Samantha Kappalman joined RRS in January 2023 as a senior consultant bringing nearly three decades of experience in marketing and communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, community outreach and public policy for government and NGOs at the local, state, and federal levels. Samantha will focus on RRS’s public policy work as part of the Signalfire team as well as strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
