Biography

Stephanie is a project analyst with RRS who provides stakeholder engagement, data analysis, project support, waste audit support, and communications to both public and private clients. Stephanie graduated from the University of Michigan with a focus in earth and environmental sciences.

• Southeast Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority (Soccra)
  Support Services; Project Team
  Assists in the development of newsletters and curbside pickup logistics. RRS has assisted the regional authority with support services for special projects for single-family residential, mutli-family, school, and business recycling since 2006.
• Michigan Department of Energy, Great Lakes and Environment
  State of Michigan Materials Management Infrastructure Project; Project Team Researching current status of existing infrastructure and capacity, materials collection, waste diversion, hauling, processing, education programs, access and availability, and end-use markets as well as complete details on local ordinances, related host community agreements, data collection efforts, and local funding mechanisms in all municipalities within Michigan’s 83 counties for the development of future materials management plans.
• Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
  Organics Management Plan; Project Team
  Conducts survey and interview with waste facilities and stakeholders throughout the state. Developing a national literature review of research on organics management practices. Coordinating stakeholder meetings.
• Multi-national Corporation, Sustainability Department
  Assessments and Recommendations to Achieve Corporate Zero Waste; Project Manager
  Conduct individual site assessments for a multi-national corporation. The site assessments include an analysis of materials generated and disposed, and result in actionable recommendations to achieve the corporate waste goals at each site. Includes metrics, employee engagement, equipment, and contracts.

  Coordination of stakeholder meetings and assisted in the facilitation of stakeholder meetings. Data tracking during meetings, including notes and poll responses.
