Biography

Tay joined RRS in October 2022 as a consultant and brings nearly a decade of municipal waste and recycling experience to the company. She spent the last eight years implementing recycling, composting, and waste reduction programs and policies for of large municipality and, prior to that, implemented sustainability programming on a college campus. Tay is an active member of Recycle Colorado and recently served on Colorado’s Front Range Waste Diversion (FRWD) board of directors.
