Biography

Winley joined RRS as an analyst in 2022. Her curiosity about the natural world led her to study Geography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Winley provides support for clients who are looking for data analysis, geo-spatial analysis, and spatial data visualizations. Her mapping experience includes waste infrastructure maps, proximity analyses, network analysis, and working with ESRI applications. She is familiar with waste and recycling legislation compliance methods, analyzing hauler data, and conducting fieldwork at commercial and multi-family properties to implement recycling programs.
