SOCIAL IMPACT FUND

RRS established a Social Impact Fund that allows us to invest in initiatives that drive meaningful social and environmental progress.

RECRUITMENT

We use blind hiring strategies to redact names, location, gender, and race indicators on resumes to reduce unconscious bias in decision-making. We actively recruit at HBCUs and diversity boards and participate in ISRI’s Sustainability Pathways program.

At RRS, we’re owners in every sense. We believe in the power of collective success and the strength created through shared ownership. In 2024, we launched our employee ownership model as we transition to a full Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our company culture has always centered on its people. Our employee ownership model empowers each of us to drive success, take initiative, and continuously improve together.
