An Elevated Grant Program

Colorado’s Front Range Waste Diversion (FRWD) enterprise has introduced the Technical Assistance Service Provider (TASP) program, a groundbreaking initiative offering no-cost technical consulting to help local governments enhance waste diversion efforts. TASP provides streamlined, tiered support to communities, allowing them to quickly access expert advice without the burdensome requirements of traditional grant applications. Since its inception, TASP has proven essential in helping communities develop sustainable, long-term waste management strategies that align with local needs and state goals.

"The TASP program is rewriting the manual on leveraging state grant funding to rapidly increase waste diversion, meeting communities where they are to deliver tailored, impactful solutions."
